Role: Brand Marketing Executive (Safety & Workwear Brands)
Salary: Up to £30,000 – Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm
Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH - Hybrid

What are we looking for in our Brand Marketing Executive?
We're looking for a creative, organised, proactive and experienced Brand Marketing Executive to join our marketing team, working across our portfolio of safety footwear and workwear brands. Someone who is confident at managing campaigns, creating engaging content and coordinating assets across digital and traditional channels. Have a keen eye for detail and an understanding of social media trends, B2B Marketing and content creation will help you thrive in this role.
What the Brand Marketing Executive role will involve?
As the Brand Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activities across the UK and EU. Your key responsibilities will include:
Create engaging content for social media, PR, websites, events and retailer activations
Manage and maintain brand assets, coordinating photography, video and copy creation
Support our sales team with Sales tools and product information tools
Provide support with trade shows and events, ensuring marketing materials and displays are delivered on time
Develop B2B communications, including newsletters and social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram
Provide marketing support to retail and wholesale partners through POS materials, catalogues and website content.
Work with our social influencers on campaign activations
Liaise with media and trade press to deliver compelling PR and advertising campaigns
In addition, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Excellent organisation and attention to detail – able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the confidence to collaborate across teams and external partners
Experience in Adobe creative suite or Canva
Creativity and Initiative – eager to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks.
Team player – works well with others and contributes positively to a supportive team culture.
