Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London (On Site)
Job Description: The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, supporting events, managing social media and digital campaigns, liaising with teams, developing brand collaterals, and overseeing external agencies. The role requires 4-5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within the F&B industry, with strong digital, content creation, and event management skills. A hospitality background and understanding of London's F&B scene are advantageous. The candidate should be well-organized, creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content briefs and propose marketing calendars with localized approaches.
2. Support the execution of restaurant activations and private dining events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
3. Manage social media calendars, oversee digital campaigns, and maintain brand tone across platforms.
4. Coordinate with the brand and operations teams to meet business needs.
5. Assist in developing brand collateral and coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.
6. Manage relationships with graphic designers, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
7. Maintain records of challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
8. Ensure brand standards are consistently met and work effectively with the team.
9. Possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a solution-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably in F&B.
* Proficiency in social media, content creation, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva.
* Hospitality/F&B background and understanding of London's dining scene preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
* Educational background in marketing is preferred.
