Requirementsof the Children s HomeManager:
Weare looking for a Children s Home Manager who understands thechallenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards.
OurRegistered Managers are commercial and compassionateleaders.
Able to motivateand develop their staff team to ensure that the young people wecare for have the best care experience possible.
Youwill have the vision and leadership to take this home forward withthe backing and support from your service manager in addition to asupportive headoffice team covering referrals finance HRmaintenance IT and recruitment.
Skills andexperience required of the Children s HomeManager:
* Alevel 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care andchildren and young people s services; or equivalent; or apreparedness to work towards thesame.
* Experienceat senior level in a Residential Childrenshome.
* Atleast 2 years experience working in theresidential childcare sector since 2018 and have been either aleader/deputy manager or registeredmanager.
* Fullmanual drivinglicence
* Toparticipate in further continuing professional development supportthe needs of our youngpeople.
