Roles and Responsibilities Our care assistants are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would travel to the customers’ home, in Preston and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark Preston, being a pair of helping hands with tasks that require it. As a care assistant, you play a crucial role in your customer’s daily life.
