Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various Home Appliances, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As an Installer, you will play a crucial part in delivering quality service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Carry out installations of Home Appliances and TV/AV products according to specifications and guidelines.
* Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and quality.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during the installation process.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and share best practices.
* Keep accurate records of installations performed, including any challenges encountered and solutions implemented.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in installation work or a related field is preferred.
* Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid driver's licence is required for travel between job sites.
* Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes is advantageous.
