Urgently Required Administrator Your new role As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include: Taking accurate minutes during meetings and typing them up promptly (core part of the role) Preparing documents and correspondence Performing mail merges Scheduling and arranging meetings General office administration tasks This is a temporary role required until the end of February, potentially mid-March. It is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, however, my client may be able to accommodate a slightly earlier start or finish time. Remote working is not available for this vacancy.
