About This Role This position is being responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care to our clients. The Clinical Lead will provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our healthcare teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting best practices in patient care. This role is a full time, permanent opportunity and is office-based. It can be located at our Heywood, Wolverhampton, or Peterborough offices, with the option to work from home one day per week. In this role, you'll: Oversee the clinical operations of home healthcare services, ensuring high standards of care. Provide clinical leadership and support to healthcare teams, including Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain and improve care standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individualised care plans for clients. Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for clinical staff. Act as a point of contact for clinical issues and provide expert advice and support. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and external healthcare providers. Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics and outcomes. Participate in recruitment and selection of clinical staff. Stay updated with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations. What You'll Need A valid NMC Pin with 5 years' post-qualification experience Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting. Strong knowledge of clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations. Excellent leadership and management skills. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR). Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with clinical advancements.
