Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately
*
Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
*
Supporting and working collaboratively with other departments
*
Handling invoicing and related administrative tasks
*
Booking goods or services in and out as required
*
Speaking with customers, providing helpful and courteous service
*
Liasing with commerical managers and speaking with clients from over the UK
*
Sitting in with meetings and taking minutes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
*
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Warm and engaging phone presence
*
A proactive and positive attitude
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
