Based at the FES FM office in Bilston, the Administration Manager will Lead the Administration team for the East Business Unit. The Administration Manager will ensure that the Operational Team are provided with the key contract support mechanisms, including the Contract and General administration functions, to ensure the successful delivery of the of the East Business Unit FM contracts.
They will ensure that all FM Contracts have the necessary levels of allocated administration resource, working closely with the Operations Managers, Maintenance staff and Commercial Manager to ensure that both FES FM’s contractual responsibilities and internal key performance indicators are met daily.
The candidate will ensure that effective and efficient processes are documented and implemented across the East Business Unit Contracts. This process development should include the management of all work order types throughout the lifecycle of the work order.
They will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships and ensuring that pro-active communication is maintained continuously with all internal & external stakeholders.
The individual must work in accordance with the FES FM values, IMS policies and procedures, be reliable, conscious, and professional at all times. They must be able to work on their own initiative and have good time management and organisational skills.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years Previous experience in Administration Manager or supervisor Role.
• Experience in the facilities management industry desirable.
• Awareness of health and safety legislation
• Confident communicator with excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Administration skills, including use of CAFM system and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, MS Visio, MS project.
