Pay:£88.52 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Start Date: Ongoing - Flexible start dates available

A local School supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs is currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Bank Teaching Assistants to support our students on a flexible, as-needed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience, work around other commitments, or step into the rewarding world of SEND education.
About The Role
As a Lesson Support Assistant, you will:
* Assist teaching staff with the delivery of engaging lessons
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Support students' social, emotional, and educational development
* Be part of a vibrant, supportive school community
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs
* A patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence supporting personal care (where required)
* Willingness to undertake a DBS check if not already in place
