The Digital Content & Storytelling Specialist will produce and manage high-quality content that communicates our work and impact across digital platforms, bridging data science and digital communication.
Content Creation & Storytelling
* Produce engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives
* Develop articles, reports, and case studies with experts
* Create thought-leadership content to position Smart Data Foundry as an industry leader
* Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and campaigns
* Create digital assets like infographics and videos using tools like Canva
Content Distribution
* Plan and publish content across channels including website, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and email
* Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities
* Tailor content for each platform and optimize for engagement
* Implement A/B testing to improve content performance
* Monitor and report on content analytics
Brand & Message Consistency
* Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
* Ensure content accuracy and relevance
Collaboration & Internal Communication
* Work with data science and marketing teams to develop stories
* Coordinate with design and communication teams
* Support content strategy development
Audience Engagement & Growth
* Refine content strategies based on digital trends
* Test new content formats to enhance storytelling
SEO & Accessibility
* Apply SEO best practices
* Ensure content meets accessibility standards
Qualifications include proven experience in content creation, storytelling, digital marketing, strong writing skills, data communication ability, familiarity with analytics, and experience managing social media channels. Skills in design, video editing, SEO, and familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, CMS, and data visualization software are preferred.
