We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Controller to join our team. Duties
* Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, ensuring adherence to HACCP regulations.
* Analyse data from inspections and tests to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and provide guidance on best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
* Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality control measures and standards.
* Assist in the development and refinement of quality control processes to enhance product reliability.
Experience
* Proven experience in a quality assurance role or similar position within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
* Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
