About Our Client
Our client is a well established leisure and hospitality business with numerous sites across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their busy team.

3. Be a key point of contact for guests, delivering a friendly, professional experience always
4. Lead, motivate, train, and allocate work across the maintenance team
5. Implement and manage proactive maintenance schedules for plant, equipment, and facilities
6. Carry out and oversee regular health & safety inspections, always ensuring full compliance
7. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to identify defects, risks, and improvement opportunities
8. Manage and coordinate siting activities and holiday home movements in partnership with the Sales team
9. Oversee contractor works, ensuring quality, safety, and value for money
10. Control departmental budgets, monitoring spend and driving cost-effective solutions
11. Ensure all equipment and assets are safe, compliant, and fully operational
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
12. Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role, ideally within leisure or hospitality.
13. Strong people-management skills with a natural ability to lead from the front
14. Solid hands-on maintenance knowledge (plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, plant & equipment) is advantageous
15. Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice
16. Confident communicator, able to work effectively with guests, teams, contractors, and senior management
17. Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
18. Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
19. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods as required
