This is a technical support and installation-focused role covering London and the South East, offering excellent long-term progression and the opportunity to work with innovative lift products. The Lift Engineer Role: As a Lift Engineer, you will play a key role in both technical support and on-site installation of specialist lift communication systems. You will work independently across customer sites, ensuring all equipment is installed, configured, and operating to the highest standards. * Provide technical support across a range of lift communication and safety products * Carry out installation of autodialler systems, GSM solutions, intercoms, and associated equipment * Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on-site * Assist customers with product configuration, setup, and operational training * Ensure all installations meet quality and compliance standards * Support customer enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate: * Currently working as a Lift Engineer with strong service, repair, or installation experience * Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the UK lift industry * Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering * Strong fault-finding and analytical skills * Confident communicator, able to explain technical information clearly * Able to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities * Holds a full UK Driving Licence Apply to this Lift Engineer position: 1.
