We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join the team on a full-time, term-time only basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to reach their full potential. The school is a small, welcoming provision supporting approximately 20–25 students, allowing staff to build meaningful relationships and provide truly personalised support. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will primarily be supporting students on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage in learning, manage challenges, and develop confidence and independence throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe, structured, and positive environment where students can thrive.
