We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team working on projects at Little Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
Location
Working from home with travel to site at Little Marlow and across the northern Thames Valley region.
Hours
45 hours per week with some flexibility on hours available if desired.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in our commercial team, ensuring the contractual control and cost management of our Water Framework projects. Working collaboratively with the project delivery team, you'll manage commercial aspects from pre-construction through to final account negotiations, creating positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering effective financial management. Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing subcontract accounts from procurement to final agreement
* Working across the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
* Ensuring contractual control and cost management across different sectors
* Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and team members
* Managing commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
* You hold a relevant construction-related degree
* You have a full UK driving licence
* You have gained experience in a commercial role for a contractor
* You are familiar with a variety of contract forms
