The Role
The business is looking for an Event Sales Manager to generate supplier revenue across 4-5 international events each year.
This is a full sales cycle role focused on new business, account growth and consultative selling. You’ll manage your own pipeline, sell sponsorship and event packages, and build long-term client relationships across multiple event cycles.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving new business through outreach, LinkedIn and market research
* Managing supplier relationships and growing existing accounts
* Selling sponsorship, hosted meeting and premium event packages
* Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
* Attending events onsite to support relationship development
Requirements
* 2+ years’ experience in consultative sales
* Strong business development and pipeline management skills
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders
* Relationship-focused and commercially driven
* Organised and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment
Package
* £42,000-£45,000 basic salary
* £16,000 OTE
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
