We provide investor opportunities, hotel development, management services, and meaningful career growth for our team members.We are seeking adetail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys both transactional accounting and exposure to broader corporate accounting functions.What You’ll DoThis role will start with a strong focus onAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (approximately 70%), while also supporting key corporate accounting functions including intercompany transactions and month-end close.Core Responsibilities:
1. Process high-volumeAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
2. Manageintercompany transactions and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing
3. Prepare and postjournal entries to the general ledger
4. Performbank and balance sheet reconciliations
5. Supportmonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
6. Maintain and reconcilecorporate AR accounts
7. Assist withfinancial audits, working closely with external auditors
8. Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency
9. Perform additional accounting duties as needed
What Success Looks Like
10. Quickly becomes a reliable owner of AP/AR processes
11. Processes invoices and intercompany transactions withspeed, accuracy, and consistency
12. Builds strong working knowledge of internal systems and workflows
13. Contributes to a smooth and timely close process
14. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organization in a high-volume environment
What You BringRequired:
15. 3+ years of accounting experience
16. Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
17. Experience withreconciliations and general ledger accounting
18. Solid understanding ofaccrual accounting principles and GAAP fundamentals
19. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
20. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
21. Experience withQuickBooks
22. Experience withM3 (hotel accounting system)
23. Experience withintercompany accounting
24. Multi-entity accounting experience
25. Background in hospitality or similar multi-location industries

Education
31. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
