We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team covering core areas in the South West London market. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and progress property sales from initial instruction to completion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
* Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
What They Offer:
* Commission Structure: 10% on sales agreed if individual target is met; 12% if above target; 8% if below target.
* Annual Bonuses: Up to £32,000 based on performance.

* Office Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:45am–7pm; Friday: 8:45am–6pm; Saturday: 9am–5pm. Work every other Saturday with the opportunity for a half-day on Friday before your Saturday off (if monthly targets are met).
