You’ll be joining a high-profile external workforce programme within a leading global financial services organisation, supporting a major Vendor Management System (VMS) implementation. The environment is fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy and delivery-focused, with strong visibility across procurement, HR and technology teams.
Your new role
You will take full ownership of testing across aplex VMS implementation - driving end-to-end testing of business processes and ensuring the system is deployed with confidence.
You’ll be:
Leading the full testing lifecycle across a VMS implementation, from planning through to UAT and sign-off
Translating business processes and requirements into structured, high-quality test scripts and scenarios
Validating configuration, workflows, reporting and end-to-end processes across the platform
Managing UAT execution - coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and driving defect resolution
Owning testernance - including reporting, dashboards, defect logs and readiness assessments
Working closely with business stakeholders, system owners and suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’llbine test strategy with execution, supported by an engineer, while remaining the accountable lead for quality and delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll need to be an experienced and credible Test Lead who has worked on VMS implementations previously.
Proven experience leading testing on a Vendor Management System implementation (essential)
Strong knowledge of platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline or similar (Fieldglass preferred)
Experience translating business processes and requirements into test scripts and UAT scenarios
Track record of testing full end-to-end business processes acrossplex systems
Confident stakeholder management skills - able to work across business and technical teams
Experience managing UAT, defect tracking, reporting andernance
Ability to operate independently as the testing lead within a wider programme
Background industry is flexible - the focus is on VMS expertise and implementation experience.
