About the role:
This role is essential for our clients growth. As a Lawyer you will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties. You will have a least three 3 years residential conveyancing experience required.

Essential Requirements:
* You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload.
* Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a personable and professional approach.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
