£35,000 – £45,000 Uncapped Commission (OTE £55,000)
Full-time - 9am to 5pm - 37.50 hour working week
Hybrid working with 3 to 4 days office based

I am working with an innovative tech start-up transforming financial wellbeing for businesses. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Representative to help grow their client base and drive business success.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will:
* Prospect new clients through cold calling, outreach via social media, and email.
* Secure meetings for the Account Manager to present and close deals.
* Work and develop a strong sales pipeline.
* Maintain high activity levels and build strong relationships with potential customers.
* Work in a fast-growing start-up with ambitious plans and a clear path for progression.
* Develop resilience, confidence, and valuable sales skills in a supportive team.
* Mentor and coach team members.
