Role overview: We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and colleague centric Team Manager who can aid us with our ongoing transformation within Recovery and help us on our journey to become a market leading department. Our Recoveries team has had a phenomenal journey over the last 18 months, growing from a department of 9 to well over 55, with a wide sweep of automation and system/process improvements taking place. We want someone who can support us with the next stage of our transformation - specifically embedding best practice, providing great technical outcomes and delivering best in class engagement scores. Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in: Leading and inspiring a team of 10-14 colleagues within the Recoveries department.
