We are partnering with a rapidly growing biotechnology business to recruit a Business Unit Product Manager for their expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping global product and marketing strategy within a company at the forefront of innovation in diagnostics and life sciences.
The Role
As Product Manager, you will:
* Drive marketing campaigns and digital initiatives across the UK and international markets.
* Lead the commercial launch of new RUO and IVD-labelled products.
* Support cross functional teams in R&D, regulatory, sales and quality.
* Represent the business at key industry events and conferences.
* Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
* Enhance customer engagement through CRM and digital channels.
We’re looking for someone with:
* A degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (MSc/PhD an advantage).
* Proven experience in marketing or selling clinical diagnostics or life sciences products.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CE IVD-R, FDA, UKCA).
* Experience in launching RUO and/or IVD products.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
