Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. This role involves maintaining and developing relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing reports, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Key Account Manager will work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and grow long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients across mail manufacturing and digital communications
* Act as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, digital, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns and projects
* Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and address any service issues or client concerns promptly
* Monitor account performance through data analysis and reporting; prepare regular business reviews and forecasts for clients and senior management
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations
* Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and resolve any challenges

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
* Experience in the industry relevant to the company is a plus
