As the brewery continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Agent to support our customers and help drive sales growth.
The Role
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be speaking with customers daily, building strong relationships, promoting products, and helping maximise sales opportunities across the business.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service and support.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
* Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
* Promoting new beers, seasonal products, and brewery promotions
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow accounts
* Supporting the wider sales team with customer activity and leads
* Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
* Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Interest in beer, hospitality, or the drinks industry is advantageous
