𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆
As People Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, supporting decision-making, improving people performance, and driving positive change.
This is not a traditional HR role focused solely on policy and compliance. You'll play a key role in helping the business build stronger leadership capability, improve employee experience, and implement scalable people practices that support future growth.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
•Partner with managers and leaders across the business.
•Manage employee relations matters including:
oAbsence
oConduct
oCapability
oGrievance
oDisciplinary
oProbation
oPerformance management
•Coach managers through challenging people situations.
•Support business change and transformation projects.
•Improve and streamline people processes.
•Assist with HR system implementation and adoption.
•Analyse people data and identify trends.
•Create practical management guidance and toolkits.
•Support leadership development initiatives.
•Contribute to the continued evolution of the People function.

You'll already be operating in one of the following roles:

•Strong UK employment law knowledge.
•Significant employee relations experience.
•Experience coaching managers.
•A pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
•Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
•Strong stakeholder management skills.
•The confidence to challenge constructively.
•A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
