The Fitness Manager will work within the management team to operate the fitness product within a prestigious corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring members receive a world class fitness product including customer service and member journey while developing innovative ideas to engage with members, and ensuring the facilities are at the necessary expectations.

About the role
* Lead all aspects of operating the fitness and studio programme, including line management of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers and ensuring that customer service levels exceed expectations.
* Conduct Personal Training Sessions, establishing an individualised plan for your client(s).
* Form an integral part of the ‘Member Journey’ and strive to continually review and improve where possible.
* Ensure PT revenue meets set targets, as well as designing fitness programmes and conducting health assessments.
* Recruitment and development of the onsite team through one to ones and goal setting sessions.
* Continuously drive on-going improvements and innovation across the department through member engagement and feedback.
* Look for innovative ideas to enhance the member experience.
* Ensure that classes are taught at the expected standard and are well attended.
About you:
Education and Qualifications
* Level 2 and 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Training qualifications
Experience
* Minimum 3 years working in the gym industry
Skills
* Strong communication skills
* First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Able to engage, influence and coach others to achieve buy in and engagement, to support delivery of the fitness products.
* A flexible approach with an eye for detail.
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
