Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for production planning and scheduling? Were looking for a Production Planner to join our team and ensure seamless coordination across departments to optimise workflow,labour, and resources.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Plan and schedule workflows for each department based on demands and lead times.
2. Provide agency labour forecasts based on supply chain requirements and staff availability
3. Attend daily cross-department and multi-site stock meetings, collaborate on shift planning with ops, technical, engineering, hygiene, procurement, and supply chain teams.
4. Work closely with Production Managers to manage holidays, rota schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage.
5. Optimise production runs to minimise waste, changeovers and downtime
6. Investigate and reduce rework in collaboration with the production and despatch team.
