Remuneration: £20,000-£25,000 negotiable depending on experience + open ended bonus scheme
(Will progress into a consultant role with the opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000+)

The role of the Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer Construction Sales Recruitment will involve:
Initially will be a resourcing on behalf of senior consultant
Interviewing professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motives for their next opportunity
Matching up relevant candidates for clients requirements and vice versa
Working on a constant source of fresh sales opportunities, typically 10 new vacancies a week
Once up and running, managing the recruitment process right through from arranging initial interviews to 2nd interview and closing job offers on behalf of candidates
