Ashbridge Partners help clients secure the best finance for their needs, when they need it. We work across both Residential (regulated mortgages) and Commercial (unregulated) lending. It is a growing business and this role is directly linked to aiding that growth.
Primary Purpose
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven marketing professional to work directly with the business owners in shaping our marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role, covering digital, print, and events, with a strong focus on high-quality content creation to drive engagement and support business development, whilst strengthening brand equity and awareness.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative small team environment, bring a sharp attention to detail and have a strong commercial mindset.
Key responsibilities
* Strategy & Content: Refine and implement the 12 month marketing plan in line with our strategy with our brand voice to engage with our target audience across all channels (website, social, newsletter, press). Lead content creation, using analytics data to refine messaging and improve engagement and conversion.
* Brand: Maintain and evolve our brand assets and the brand pack, ensuring consistency in tone and style, across internal and external comms. Oversee development of marketing materials, digital and print.
* Digital Marketing: Day to day management of social media activity (LinkedIn), creation of campaigns to deliver planned and reactive content. Oversee SEO, website updates. Lead on coordination of newsletter content. Present regular performance reports.
* Collaboration: Manage day to day relationships with digital (BLC), press (HO) and web design (LHR) agencies and third party alliances (CLA) to ensure deadlines are met and output quality is high. Collaborate closely with the team to extract ideas, align messaging and coordinate on content & events.
* Business Development: Maximise sponsorship and advertising opportunities and support business development efforts and events through all our comms. Use of CRM data to inform the marketing plan and increase engagement across all channels and client touchpoints.
Professional Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of marketing experience with strong capability in content creation, campaign delivery and digital optimisation.
* Successful track record in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn, with strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt to our tone.
* Skilled in turning complex messages into clear and engaging content across channels.
* Good knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe, and Google Analytics, Powerpoint and CRM (eg Salesforce).
* Confident in analytics and understanding of SEO.
* Highly organised and confident in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
* Experience managing third party relationships.
* Able to communicate marketing objectives to the team and work closely with the Head of Brand, the MD, the Head of Business Development to meet those objectives.

Education/qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Relevant certifications (eg CIM, Google Analytics, HubSpot) beneficial.
