We're strengthening our team in South Wales and the West and need a Senior Health & Safety Manager to lead the delivery of major projects and champion our innovative Rethinking Safety Through Inclusion and Wellbeing programme.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire health, safety, and environmental excellence across the Margam Substation Project.
* Coach and mentor operational teams to embed inclusive safety practices.
* Challenge the status quo—move away from bureaucracy and towards meaningful engagement.
* Drive innovation and adopt cutting‑edge safety solutions.
* Influence leadership and act as a trusted advisor for compliance and cultural change.
What We're Looking For
* Level 6 qualification minimum + membership of a relevant professional body.
* Strong technical knowledge in occupational health, environmental, and safety risk management.
* Exceptional coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
* A positive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
