Deputy Home Manager | London | Salary £44k - £45k per annum We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team in a fully occupied 42-bedded Dementia Nursing Home in London. This role combines both clinical and managerial responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and effective leadership within the home. Opportunity to develop leadership and management skills The Role: Support the Home Manager in the overall running and management of the home. Lead, motivate, and develop the care and nursing team to maintain high standards of care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, NMC standards, and internal policies. Provide clinical leadership, acting as Nurse in Charge during allocated shifts. Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and audits. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records. Support with staff recruitment, induction, supervision, and ongoing training. Foster a safe, caring, and positive environment for residents, relatives, and staff. Act as a role model for best practice in dementia and nursing care. Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence. The Requirements: NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - active and in good standing. Previous experience working as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse within a dementia nursing home. Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
