Hampshire Achieves is looking for an enthusiastic and community‑focused Community Learning Cookery Tutor to deliver practical, welcoming cookery classes in local venues such as libraries, family centres and community kitchens. You will empower adults to build confidence, develop essential cooking skills and improve their wellbeing through healthy, affordable food.
What You Will Do
Deliver friendly, hands‑on cookery sessions to adults of all abilities
Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Adapt activities for community settings with varied resources
Promote healthy eating, budgeting skills and independence
Work in partnership with community organisations across HampshireAbout You
You'll have strong practical cooking skills and a warm, learner‑centred approach. You should enjoy working with diverse groups, including those who may be new to learning or face barriers. Experience in community work, food education or supporting adults is beneficial, though a formal teaching qualification isn't essential - just a willingness to learn.

Essential Criteria
Strong practical cookery skills gained through experience or training; Basic food hygiene knowledge
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate; Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET) or willingness to work toward it; Qualification in catering, hospitality, nutrition or related field
