The job holder will provide resource and general administration duties to various departments within the P&I business.
* Services.
* Responsible for onboarding packs, compliance and assurance of this process and implanting systems to track and monitor.
* Liaising with HR, training and various teams on relevant legal compliance and assurance of company processes.
* Assisting with allocating of company vehicles against the final roster and liaising with the transport team to ensure all compliance is in place.
* Assisting with the booking and collating and record keeping of hotel bookings ensuring an up to date log is kept and any discrepancies with invoices are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Ad-hoc associated administration duties to support the business.
* Undertake basic data input using the SIGNAL resource system, assisting the team to carry out pre shift checks and covering any no shows in advance.
* Supporting the team in the recruitment of new resource, managing applicants, sifting CV’s and responding to unsuccessful applicants.
* Assisting to advertise on advertising platforms the current vacancies.
* Other duties in accordance with business requirements.
The person:
* Experienced using IT and adaptable to a variety of software packages.
* Competent in administrative duties.
* Good attention to detail.
* An organised and methodical approach to tasks.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* The ability to stay calm and meet deadlines.
* Awareness of health and safety guidelines.
* Administration experience and accurate record keeping minimum 2 years.
* Experience within a recruitment company.
