Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary focused on best‑in‑class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning for businesses and their employees.
This role provides key support to Financial Advisers and Consultants, enabling the delivery of financial and product advice in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures. The position operates on a hybrid basis: three days in the office and two days working from home.
Responsibilities
* Help advisers prepare for client reviews by ensuring all client and plan information is up to date on IO and by requesting and uploading plan information from providers.
* Update contributions and withdrawals using transaction history, add missing policy information, validate fund balances, and ensure accurate pricing feeds.
* Check income expectations on all client plans and collate costs and charges with accurate details of commissions, fund‑based or adviser charges.
* Create, check, and upload client valuation reports using standard IO templates; produce OneNote packs including client charter, FE analytics, KID, data capture forms, and comparison reports.
* Prepare and submit cases to the AST team, completing plan information checklists and chasing providers for missing data.
* Interact with advisers and client support to deliver excellent customer service, handle day‑to‑day telephone and email enquiries, and answer calls through the Main Hunt Group.
* Produce client letters, maintain effective client files, and process new business applications.
* Maintain liaison with product providers, chase as needed, and stay current on new products, technical, and legislative changes.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, participate in training and development, and perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Essential Skills, Qualities and Experience Required
* Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience supporting an adviser.
* Previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Methodical, organised and computer literate.
* Accurate with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
* Knowledge of the advice process and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
* Desire to learn, develop and step out of comfort zone.
Essential Qualifications
