We are looking for full time enthusiastic team players to comeand join our nursing team. EveshamCommunity Hospital is a 50 bedded stroke and general rehabilitation unit. Thenursing staff work alongside the therapy team and adopt a multidisciplinaryteam approach to providing rehab to the patients.
We require an innovative, enthusiastic, motivated individualinterested in all areas of rehab. You will be required to plan, implement,evaluate and take responsibility for the nursing care of the ward patients on adaily basis. You will be expected to facilitate and support the patient andtheir families throughout their pathway from admission to discharge.

Main duties of the job
As aStaff Nurse you will be responsible for providing care to people admitted toour wards for rehabilitation. We work closely as a multi-disciplinary team. Ourfocusispromoting the comfort and wellbeing of patients,enablingthemto live as independently as possible. Evesham is a friendly team to work with. As ateam we encourage ongoing learning and development through reflection andclinical supervision which we try and embed in our daily practice. Our nursesare required to facilitate the day to day running of the ward, administeringmedications, working alongside all members of the MDT as well as patients,their families and carers to provided 24/7 rehabilitation to enable the highestlevel of independence and quality of life. Our nurses are required to attend meetings asneeded such as MDT and CHC or Discharge Planning.
