What you will be doing:
In this varied, hands‑on role you will manage the engineering team to ensure machinery and equipment is fully functional, efficient and compliant, duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision of a small team
* Overseeing and scheduling planned, reactive and preventative maintenance
* Efficient stock management
* Identifying operational issues and finding practical solutions
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous mechanical and electrical engineering experience with a hydraulic and pneumatic bias
* Strong supervisory skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
* Good level of IT skills including maintenance and stock management systems
* The ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail
