My client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their experienced HR team for 12 weeks starting in September. This will be a fixed-term contract.
Your new role
As Senior HR Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR support to designated areas, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. You’ll advise managers on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment, performance, absence, employee relations, and change management. You’ll also contribute to strategic HR initiatives, policy development, and training delivery, while promoting the college’s values in all interactions.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role
2. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
3. Ability to coach and support managers across all levels
4. Experience managingplex employee relations cases
5. Excellentmunication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
6. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
