Are you an organised, proactive HR professional looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Amour Recruitment is helping a fantastic Southampton-based business find a HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team.
In this role, you’ll provide support across all levels of the business and all locations, helping to keep HR running smoothly and making a real difference to the employee experience.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing the full recruitment process – from liaising with agencies to placing adverts and coordinating interviews
2. Sending out offer letters, contracts, and setting up inductions
3. Handling holiday requests, pay queries, and monitoring sickness
4. Visiting company sites to complete inductions (so a driver’s license is essential!)
5. Supporting the HR team with general admin, disciplinaries, and training cover where needed
6. Working closely with managers and directors
Who we’re looking for:
7. A motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
8. Previous HR experience is essential
9. CIPD qualified desirable
10. Full driver’s license and access to a car for site visits
Details:
11. Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00–16:30 (30 min lunch) - All office based.
12. Benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, free parking
