The Business Support Officer is a new role that supports the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer to ensure effective day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership.
* Coordinate and manage operational systems, processes and organisational activities.
* Support governance and compliance requirements.
* Serve as a central point of communication between leadership, staff, volunteers, and external partners.
