What We Offer
* £24,000-£24,750 base salary
* Uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)
* OTE: £35K-£45K in Year 1, with £100K+ realistic by Year 3
* Promotions based on merit, not time served

What You'll Be Doing
* Building your own client and candidate network within a specialist industry (Tech, IT, or Engineering in the UK or EU)
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning business to placing candidates
* Making sales calls, pitching roles, negotiating offers, and closing deals
* Working to clear KPIs and targets in a high-energy, competitive office
* Building strong relationships over the phone and in person
You'll Be a Strong Fit If You
* Are confident speaking to new people and can build rapport quickly
* Have experience working towards targets (sales, fundraising, sport, etc.)
* Can take knockbacks and keep going - recruitment isn't always easy
* Want to earn, learn, and move up quickly based on what you deliver
* Are commercially switched-on and able to think on your feet
