Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Old Street (Just a 5-minute walk from Old Street train station!)
Hours: 9-5:30pm (Monday- Thursday with Fridays from home!)

Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our client's operations meet legal and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
7. Assisting with compliance audits and risk assessments
8. Maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation and records
9. Supporting the development and implementation of compliance policies
10. Conducting research and staying informed about relevant legislation
11. Collaborating with various departments to foster a compliance-focused culture
12. Responding to compliance queries and providing guidance to staff
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
13. Strong understanding of compliance regulations in the construction and real estate industries
14. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
16. Great attention to detail and analytical skills
17. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
18. Previous experience in a compliance role or related field
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following would be a plus:
19. Knowledge of ISO standards or similar frameworks
20. Experience with compliance software or tools
21. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)
22. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction sector
