We’re looking for amunications Business Partner to act as a trusted adviser to the business – shaping, delivering and evaluatingmunications that support strategic priorities and strengthen our brand with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders.
This is a highly collaborative role, sitting at the heart of the organisation. You’ll work closely with executive teams, senior leaders and managers to translate business plans into clear, engaging and effectivemunication strategies. From internal storytelling and leadership messaging through to externalmunications and campaign delivery, your work will genuinely influence oues.
What you’ll be doing
1. Acting as the single point of contact formunications support within your allocated business areas
2. Developing and delivering integrated internal and externalmunication plans aligned to business objectives
3. Providing clear, practical advice to senior stakeholders, helping themmunicate with confidence and impact
4. Creating high‑quality written content across a wide range of channels, with accuracy and attention to detail
5. Evaluatingmunication effectiveness and using insight to continuously improve
6. Championing best practice and supporting colleagues to build theirmunications capability

7. A broadmunications skill set, ideally spanning internal, external, customer and stakeholdermunications
8. Strong influencing skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders
9. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
10. A positive, solutions‑focused approach and the confidence to managepeting priorities
11. Experience of using insight and data to shape and measuremunications activity
Location flexibilityWorking in a hybrid manner, the role can be based in Eastleigh, Yeovil or London, offering flexibility while remaining closely connected to the wider team and stakeholders.
