About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Management and Provisioning expert to join us. This is a brand new role at brsk and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of orders. We are looking for a customer centric, process driven individual with exceptional communication skills to be responsible for the following: Manage, motivate and coach the new Order Management team Managing and overseeing the end-to-end order process cycle, from order entry to order fulfilment. Developing and implementing best practices and standard operating procedures for order management to improve accuracy and order to install efficiency. Monitoring order statuses and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise in a timely manner. Identify future issues with customer demand versus production capacity and when necessary make plans to manage customer expectations (smoothing out/advance build), liaise directly with the customer if necessary. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, operations, and installs, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery. Analysing order data and metrics to identify trends and process inefficiencies. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve any delivery-related issues. Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes and systems to enhance accuracy and order to install efficiency. Preparing regular reports and updates on order management performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and trends, for senior management review. Contributing towards the drafting and implementation of supplier and inter departmental SLA agreements About You You will be a customer centric, process driven individual with a s trong understanding of order management processes, systems, and best practices. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We are growing rapidly and you will need to be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. With an analytical mindset you will have the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to deliver the right results for brsk. Experience in the telecoms industry is desirable but not essential.
