This is an exciting time to join Right There as we strengthen our Senior Management Team with the newly created and business-critical role of Head of Housing. Responsible for shaping our housing programmes, you will lead growth plans and explore innovative ways of providing homes and support. Bringing leadership, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will enable us to deliver integrated housing solutions that truly transform lives. With extensive leadership experience and a strong background in housing and tenancy sustainment services, you will bring deep expertise in social and/or supported housing management, together with a proven track record of building partnerships across a diverse range of stakeholders. A strategic and innovative thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills, you will also bring direct experience of managing occupancy-based budgets, including property costs, void turnover, and forecasting procurement targets.
