Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with knowledge of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works and looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee FRA-related projects and drive the success of this new branch. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing fire safety or compliance contracts, excellent leadership skills, and the ambition to be part of an exciting new chapter with fantastic career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee FRA-related contracts, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
* Supervise and support site teams, providing guidance and ensuring quality control across projects.
* Assist with tenders, costings, and project planning for new and ongoing contracts.
* Maintain accurate project records, compliance documentation, and reporting.
* Play a key role in establishing and growing the Newcastle division of C Hanlon Facilities Management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in construction, fire safety, or compliance.
* Knowledge and experience in FRA works would be highly beneficial.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
* Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and delivering projects to client satisfaction.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
