RES Building Services currently has a role for an Electrical Project Manager assisting the Building Services Director. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, you will have great organisational skills, an excellent eye for detail, good people skills and the ability to work under pressure is all paramount to this role. RES are delivering high‑quality electrical services across commercial, residential, and industrial projects and we are actively looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through to handover
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
* Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and performance
* Ensure compliance with UK electrical regulations and health & safety standards
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality
* Drive successful outcomes by coordinating with clients, engineers, and site teams
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in contracting or construction
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and contract agreements
* Industry‑recognised project management certifications beneficial
* Commercial awareness promptly combined with strong technical knowledge gives a competitive edge for management of budgets and contracts
