Morson Edge is pleased to be supporting an International Business in Ellesmere Port to find an HR Business Partner on an interim basis of roughly 5 months. You'll be instrumental in leading the organisation through an ongoing TUPE transfer project, as well as providing legacy guidelines and policy information for any future transfers within the business. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete the end-to-end HR process of the TUPE Transfer, supporting the HR Lead Ensure all legal compliance of the HR Process is completed, documented and stored Work with the HR Operations Team to ensure a timely and proficient execution of requirements as part of the TUPE Process Provide a suite of templates/documents/policy/managers guide to support any future TUPE processes for the business to use Provide lunch and learn sessions to the relevant HR Team to support upskilling in knowledge of TUPE Process Provide support for HR Generalist activities at times in which TUPE activity may not be at peak Personal Specification: Comprehensive TUPE knowledge with a demonstrable experience in leading and working through transfers Generalist HR abilities, able to support the Business Partnering team on an ad-hoc basis as required Confident in providing training and information documents on the TUPE relevant to the business model and requirements Immediately available or on a short notice period, able to start at short notice
