Overview
Parts Coordinator - Customer Fulfilment Specialist is the primary point of contact for Arabelle customers working in the Parts Fulfillment team to provide end-to-end service to the business including quoting, planning and executing. You will use SAP/ERP system to create offers and orders. Within this role you will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity and following an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for total ownership of Order documents with regard to accuracy, clarity, quality, and timelines.
* Must strive to meet all Customer request dates, reduce processing cycles and keep backlog of orders to a minimum and support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
* Provide factory/sourcing commitments with regard to short cycle demands and documentation to Customers and Arabelle representatives as appropriate.
* Understand all Customer Special Requirements, communicate to and follow up with those responsible for all accurate and complete fulfilment.
* Manage and administer all fulfilment related exporting activities including documents creation, shipment tracking, and sales recognition and all necessary document archiving function.
* Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers.
* Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
* Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and Arabelle. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
* College Education or equivalent demonstrable experience within a similar role
* At least 2 years work experience in a Customer Services/Focused role
* Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to perform in a team environment
* Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
* Proficiency and experience working in SAP/ERP
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
